Who we are

STUCK Solutions is a nationwide roadside assistance company helping drivers get unstuck — literally — across the United States. We connect stranded drivers with vetted, professional service providers for towing, jump starts, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, and flat tire changes, 24 hours a day. Unlike traditional motor clubs, there's no annual membership, no enrollment fee, and no waiting period: you pay only when you need help, at a transparent flat rate.

Who we're for

We built STUCK for everyday drivers who don't want to pay $80–$150 a year for a roadside membership they might never use, and for the gig drivers, rideshare drivers, and small fleet operators who need on-demand help without the corporate red tape. Whether you're stranded in a parking lot at midnight, locked out at the grocery store, or have a flat tire on the interstate, our dispatchers can have a tech on the way to you in about 30 minutes. We currently serve hundreds of cities across all 50 states.

Who builds it

STUCK is operated by a small, owner-led team that came out of the towing and dispatch industry. We work directly with a vetted network of independent tow operators and roadside technicians — many of them family-owned local businesses — and handle the dispatching, payments, and customer support so drivers get one easy phone number to call and one fair price to pay. Our software, dispatch process, and pricing are all built in-house, which is why we can keep rates competitive and response times short.
